Everyone talks about diets and regimens that healthier, better and more efficient, but nobody says that is the best way to get rid of unwanted pounds without pied most important mineral reserves in the body.

Carbohydrates are the most important resources for our body. Without them, we do not have enough energy, muscles weaken, we lose the ability to store new information and power of concentration.
